Your Right To Cancel

Cancellation must be in writing. In the event of cancellation of a conference the following is payable;

Notice	Course Fee	Expenses
28 days or more	Nil	Any non-refundable expenses incurred by the Company
14 to 27 days	50%	Any non-refundable expenses incurred by the Company
Less than 14 days	Full cost	Any non-refundable expenses incurred by the Company

Chris Quigley Education accepts no liability for loss or subsequent loss as a result of cancelled events. Any paid places will be refunded in full but no other costs will be refunded. In the event of a cancellation being made by you due to an OFSTED Inspection taking place on the day of the conference, the Company may waive the course fee on production of evidence of the date of the OFSTED Inspection (non-refundable expenses incurred by the Company will still be charged, i.e. day delegate rate fixed by venue, printed handouts etc).
